    Thank you for visiting my blog here. Yes, you're right, this stand mixer is normally used to make cake. And it is advisable to stop about 1 min every 20-30 mins operation to prolong the life of the motor and avoid overheat. However, the product itself come with circuit breaker which will automatically off the motor after overheat to protect your product as well.
